Payment
- Payment is to be done by Bank Transfer or Paypal. Payment details will be sent to customer email once order is confirmed.
- Strictly no meet-ups.
- Unless we have informed you to make payment, customers are not allowed to any time transfer payment to our bank account or Paypal account.
- Payment must be made within 24 hours after the order have been confirmed or else the order will be cancelled.
- The order will not be processed if Omija Market do not receive sufficient amount for the order made.
Collection via Postage
- Collection is to be done by normal postage (free of charge for local delivery above $5 purchase) or registered postage.
- Registered postage with a surcharge of $2.50 per parcel. Registered postage is highly recommended.
- Your registered post can be tracked here.
- International postage is available with extra charge.
- Do note that package will be sent on the next working day after payment is received. All parcels will be delivered via Singapore Post Office and not us. Therefore we are unable to accede to request of delivering at a fixed time or date.
- Omija Market is not responsible for any lost items/damage items occurred during the shipment.
